The retailer's photos were misleading. They did not show the back of the machine accurately, I have a screen capture of that. The water hoses should be flush mount, and the electric plug should be a flat plug, otherwise the wire sticks out of the wall 3-4 inches, with the water hoses. I have to reprograms the machine every time I use it. The preset settings are a nuisance. Every time I was, I need to reset the machine. The water pump in the machine turns on and off so violently, the plumbing in my house rattles. Also, the power cord is located right below the water hoses...wonder what would happen if the hoses leaked...

I thought higher of it, when I received it put in… don't get me wrong it's a good washa machine, but it can squeak bc I can tell it made from a lot of plastic craftsmanship underneath!!! It do fit a full sized quilt tho . Shame on GE making I know in China where they got slavery today !!!! Not the same GE sturdiness my mammi had ….. on the casual cycle on HOT IT STOPS THE PIPES AND KEEPS ON AND THATS HOW IT SHAKES THE PIPES IN HIGH RISES but this is what I get. I'm thankful, but being back American steel quality on the internals. I want REAL HOT WATER TOO NOT THIS DUMBED DOWN VERSION. THEY REQUIRE FACE RAGS ON THE BUS AND THE DOCTORS AND I GOTTA WASH THEM AND WITH EVERYONE RUNNING THEIR MOUTH ABOUT. GERMS DO BETTER GE FOR MINORITIES THAT CANT AFFORD A SANITATION CYCLE ! Used to be about to buy a good wash machine for a couple hundred bucks, come on wit tha greed mf be charging 850$ and now &900 come on dawg

I like the compact size and fast wash compared with the old one. It says 34 minutes when I start compared to the old 59 minutes. I can't detect any difference in the quality of the wash with the longer time. I bought it because the old one became unbalanced, and the spin cycle stopped. The new one spins the clothes really dry, and I don't even have to use the extra spin cycle. I recommend this to anyone who has to put their washer in a closet, such as a small apartment, or condo.

My machine had to fit in my condo's closet, next to the dryer. It was HARD to find one with the right dimensions but my GE was the answer and I am so happy that this problem was solved. It was because of REVIEWS that I purchased it. It works well but takes longer to wash stuff unless you use the quick one. I'm sticking with General instead of specific washing choices.

We had the prior GE Space Saver washer model which also broke before this one. Unfortunately, this is the only make and model that fits in the closet. Purchased it in May 2020 and it stopped spinning in October 2021. Repairing/replacing the transmission would be about the same cost as a new washer,
about $800.

I love this machine. It has a decent size tub and washes in a reasonable time if not sooner. Now it does get a little noisy though when it spins but I just shut the door and I don't notice it.

The washer makes terrible noice and doesn't fill with water. Bought protection plan and I have washer for under a month and the protection plan was used twice and I was just told washer is defective. Thank goodness I purchased protection plan

This is an awesome compact washer. I bought it because I live in a small space and needed a compact washer and this one had good reviews and was the perfect size. I was actually pleasantly surprised how big this little washer is. I can do a decent load of laundry in this washer. The compact washer it replaced was tiny. This is perfect. It has tons of features. And spins the clothes out well. I have had it for several years and had no issues with it. Just be sure to spread your clothes out well. If they lean to one side or you have a blanket it it, it will make some noise so you may need to pause it and readjust. My washer is in my hallway so I do hear it. Its not quiet if that is what you are looking for. But overall a great investment. Which is good because I was concerned about the price tag.

This is a compact and very efficient washer. I have a very small laundry space and this fit perfect. It's small but can handle a "normal" sized laundry load. I didn't give it five stars because of the price. Sadly, to go smaller you have to pay higher.

Worst washer I've ever seen. I work at an apartment complex and unfortunately, these are the only washers that are available for me to get when I have to get a new one. There is about a 75% chance that it won't spin once it gets to the spin cycle. And also, the repairmen in the Russellville AR area never show up so I'm stuck with a bunch of people complaining. These washers are causing me a great deal of stress so if we're y'all, I would go back to the drawing board on this model

I like that it has a lot of space for a compact washer. I can put more clothes in one load, without worrying about overloading all the time, which I had to consider a lot with my old compact washer. Also, I like the Extra Spin option, which dries out the clothes more, before I hang them on my Laundry Drying Rack.

We purchased this washer because we wanted a top-loading washer compact enough to fit in our condo's small laundry room. As a bonus we got a modern washer with easy to use electronic controls that gets our dirty laundry thoroughly clean! For its size its capacity is surprisingly large...bigger than the capacity of a more bulky washer that it replaced. And we love the clever folding lid that does not crowd the shelf above the unit.

The description says small capacity washer, but the drum was bigger than expected. A comforter is the only item I wouldn't attempt to wash in it, otherwise it's great!

We bought this for our apartment, the width was perfect for our hall and round the corners and into the small 3/4 bathroom. We got the under the sink hookups rather than the faucet attachment which work awesome. Setup was easy and quick. Also we are TOTALLY surprised how much laundry fits in there and we can do a queenside quilt in it too and it has no issues. It is going to pay for itself soon since we spent about $40 on laundry each month.

I live in an apartment complex, my washer machine that was in there I found wasn't working after moving in right before covid... So grateful for the replacement ! Now I won't have to bring my full sized quilts to the laundromat !!! Has many options, surprised by cleaning performance, deep fill options, soak, double rinses option.... Didn't take long to get used to. Just read the instructions, even on here, and everything turns out marvelous. Only minor complaint, is the hot water isn't straight hot, all heated water is dumbed down, but that's the governments fault!! Love the extra spin option too. A+!!! Keep bringing more American manufacturing back !
