My old GE died after 29 years so I replaced it with a new one. I love having 2 ovens. The old one was 24" and the new one 30" so it's nice having the extra space. I've only had it a month so far so good. The heating is no issue with the element below the bottom surface. Easier to clean I can program it to my wifi but haven't done it yet. I'm retired so don't really have a need for remote control. With all the shipping delays it took 8 months waiting to receive it. So if you're remodeling order your appliances first.

So far so good with the new wall ovens. Nice finish, ease of use and very stylish. The only complaint with the finish as with other stainless steel appliances are fingerprints etc.

I have had GE appliances most of my life. Love the double built-in ovens I recently purchased. ...It seems the new model is somehow more efficient. I been a user of the same model but dated 1997, the replace with the new version was very smooth, installers enjoyed placing the new ovens, it was easy to do it. I have three weeks with it and we love it, it looks nice and operation is really simple, easy and the wifi feature is really a good add on. I feel very good for the Quality of the elements of the oven, no cheap finishing of it. I love it.

I always liked GE products, but this oven is totally different.
1- Does not pre heat fast enough, it takes long time to pre heat.
2- it leaves mark every time you touch it (finger print)
If I knew all those info before I bought it, I would not buy it
3- the HQ smart does not work, and does not connect to wifi.

This new oven is a replacement for the forty year old GE I had. I purchased this brand because I had good luck with the previous one. It seems to be slower in preheating than my previous one. Could be because the heating element is not in the oven? Haven't needed to use the steam clean yet so don't know how well it will work. So far, I am very happy with the ease of operation. I can hardly wait to try the proofing feature. Not all oven shelves brown the same. I am still working on the correct shelf position to get cookies to brown to my liking.

Being in the "Senior" space we were not looking for convection capabilities or other technical features although a few are standard among most appliances currently, rather, basic double oven usage and found it with this GE Double Oven. It fit the replacement space perfectly, the stainless and black goes well with just about any interior design and we were surprised about how much larger the cooking are was vs. or previous unit of the same dimensions. Throw in the economical purchase price and availability and its a win-win for us.

This double oven was purchased to replace a failed microwave / oven combo unit. This oven works as good as it looks! The Alexa interface is also very convenient and we use that more than I thought we would. Double ovens are awesome for holiday gatherings and we are happy there won't need to be as much swapping out from now on. Unit is easy to use and definitely cooks better than our old one. VERY happy with it.

It does run a tad hotter than normal temps say to cook so need to keep an eye… I assume this is normal with new ovens so I've been going down 5 degrees and watching!
Also love to be able to preheat from my phone!
One minor thing is I wish each oven had its own light.

Our old wall over never ever cooked properly. So, we set out to replace it. And as my husband likes all the appliances to be the same brand, GE it was. Delivery (while the fulfillment took months) was smooth- great delivery men. My hubby installed it himself and it works perfectly! It's roomier inside than the old oven.

We bought this to replace an 11-year-old GE single wall oven that was in the house when we bought it. It was still working so we donated it. This new one has many nice features. For one thing, there's no plastic on the outside, which can be hard to clean. Also, the controls for the two ovens are completely separate so easy to operate them independently. And unlike the previous generation of electronically controlled ovens, which required you to push the up and down arrows to se the temp, this one has a numeric keypad for entering the temperature directly. One more thing I'll mention here: the racks are porcelain coated so they clean right up in the self-cleaning cycle without discoloring as the old chrome racks did. A nice appliance.

So this is an oven, enough said. It does it's job and it is much quiter than our old Jen-Air. We have only had it for couple weeks so I can't really say too much about it except that it works and it looks nice. It was an easy enough install and the controls are pretty intuative.

Really enjoying the "connected" part of it allowing me to make sure I turned off the over AFTER I left the house and the reminder alerts when the timer is done or the oven is preheated to the correct temperature.

I love the oven, however the timer really does stink. If you are not in the room you can NOT hear it. The timer in the app for the phone is the same way. If it is noisy the food will be burned. If you are not in the room, the food will burn... shame really.
